This project started with a Moto Guzzi engine and grew up from there. To start with, the engine was bored out and a crankshaft with the biggest possible stroke was used. This gave us 1140cc of pure pleasure to play with. High compression pistons and new combustion chambers were machined, along with bigger valves and flowed intake and exhaust ducts. A set of 40mm Dellorto carburators deliver fresh mixture to the engine, while a set of custom made exhaust with in- house designed and produced megaphones make the engine breath more easily. On top of this, a twin spark programmable ignition, Carillo conrods and a lightened and balanced crankshaft and flywheel help deliver the extra power to the V11 six speed gearbox.

To be able to deliver the extra horsepower to the ground, we opted for a 180mm rear tyre. Therefore we needed the V11 gearbox and swingarm. The original Guzzi Tonti frame didn’t fit the wider V11 swingarm, so we built our own frame based on a Tonti frame, minus the unnecessary parts and opted for WP forks. A Le Mans tank was modified and we designed our own seat, fenders and fairing to tribute the Le Mans style. Footrests and foot controls were CNC milled and a left had throttle control was printed to special demand of the owner. Braking brake and clutch master cilinders combined on the righthand side give a soft, yet direct feel and control. A custom made wiring loom with high quality Moto Gadget electronics was a logical choice. After some different try- out designs, we chose for the simple, yet stylish, dark blue with gold striping and frame to accent the ‘less is more’ mantra we like so much in our designs.
